Terms for ThreadCue

These terms cover the public site, waitlist, desktop workspace, connected sources, and any development build made available for evaluation.

1. The service

ThreadCue is a desktop opportunity workbench and public information website. It uses project context and selected conversation sources to surface relevant opportunities, prepare editable drafts, and support reviewed actions on Threads. Exact content is reviewed by default. A project may enable a daily limit for unattended original Threads posts after two successful reviewed originals; replies always require final review.

2. Eligibility and development access

You must be at least 18 years old to join the waitlist or use a ThreadCue build. By doing so, you confirm that you can enter into these terms.

Waitlist registration does not guarantee access, a release date, a particular source, or future pricing. Development builds may be incomplete, change without notice, lose local data, or be withdrawn. Do not rely on ThreadCue for mission-critical monitoring or recordkeeping. Development access is currently provided without charge unless separate written commercial terms are agreed.

3. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for checking each source and community rule, keeping your connected accounts in good standing, reviewing actions that require final approval, configuring any permitted automation conservatively, disclosing relevant affiliations, and deciding whether participation is appropriate. You must comply with applicable law and each external platform’s terms.

Do not use ThreadCue for spam, harassment, deception, impersonation, unlawful surveillance, or attempts to bypass platform controls. Do not connect an account unless you have permission to use it.

4. Connected platforms

Reddit and Threads are supported sources in the current product. Their availability, permissions, content, and rules are controlled by the platform owners and may change without notice. You authorize ThreadCue to use a connected account only for the features you enable. Platform names and marks belong to their owners; no partnership or endorsement is implied.

Facebook is a planned direction, not a supported source. Statements about intended managed-Page opportunities do not promise functionality, platform approval, or timing and do not authorize ThreadCue to access Facebook data.

You must follow the current Reddit and Threads terms, privacy requirements, community rules, disclosure requirements, rate limits, and content standards. If a platform withdraws access or changes its requirements, ThreadCue may pause or remove the affected feature.

5. Threads publishing and automation

You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, originality, and tone of content you ask ThreadCue to publish. Review the exact text, target account, action, and timing before approving a publication.

Original Threads posts may be published immediately or scheduled after review. Unattended original posts are available only when the project has met the product’s reviewed-post threshold, you explicitly enable the project setting, and a daily limit is in place. Replies and contextual responses always remain in final review. ThreadCue may cancel, pause, or reject an action when the connected account, project settings, permissions, or platform rules no longer support it.

6. Accounts and data

You choose which accounts to connect; the current product supports one account per platform. You are responsible for the device where ThreadCue stores local workspace data and for keeping access to connected accounts secure. Data practices are described in the Privacy Policy and Trust & Data page.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use ThreadCue to automate behavior prohibited by a platform or these terms, evade review controls or rate limits, collect sensitive personal information without a lawful basis, or create misleading mass engagement. You may not probe or interfere with the website, the service, or another user’s data.

8. Intellectual property, your content, and feedback

ThreadCue, its original interface, and site content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party content remains owned by its respective authors and platforms.

You retain any rights you have in project information, prompts, drafts, and other material you provide. You permit GLOBALCARD NETWORKS LIMITED to process that material only as needed to provide, secure, support, and evaluate the features you choose to use, subject to the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having the rights needed to provide that material and to publish any content you approve.

If you voluntarily provide product feedback, you permit GLOBALCARD NETWORKS LIMITED to use it to improve and develop ThreadCue without payment or an obligation to adopt it. This does not permit publication of your personal data or confidential content.

9. No professional advice

Suggested opportunities, rationales, and drafts are informational working material. They are not legal, compliance, financial, employment, or other professional advice.

10. Disclaimers and liability

ThreadCue is a development service provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, GLOBALCARD NETWORKS LIMITED does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, preservation of prototype data, availability of any source, or the accuracy, suitability, or outcome of a suggested opportunity, draft, or publication.

To the extent permitted by law, GLOBALCARD NETWORKS LIMITED is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill, anticipated savings, or data arising from use of the development service. Its total aggregate liability arising from these terms or the service is limited to the greater of £100 and the amount you paid for ThreadCue during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability or statutory consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

11. Suspension and termination

Access, connections, or queued actions may be limited, suspended, or withdrawn to protect the service, comply with law or platform requirements, respond to account or policy changes, or address misuse. You can stop using the desktop prototype, disconnect Reddit or Threads, and remove local data as described in the data deletion instructions.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms and any non-contractual dispute or claim arising from them or ThreadCue are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer law gives you the right to bring proceedings in another court or under another law. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern informally.
