Development service

1. The service

ThreadCue is a development-stage desktop opportunity workbench and public information website. It can help organize selected conversation sources, surface prototype opportunities, and prepare editable drafts. It does not publish content or act on a user’s behalf.

2. Eligibility and development access

You must be at least 18 years old to join the waitlist or use a private ThreadCue build. By doing so, you confirm that you can enter into these terms.

Waitlist registration does not guarantee access, a release date, a particular integration, or future pricing. Private builds may be incomplete, change without notice, lose local data, or be withdrawn. Do not rely on the prototype for mission-critical monitoring or recordkeeping. Development access is currently provided without charge unless separate written commercial terms are agreed.

3. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for reviewing every draft, checking the original source and community rules, disclosing relevant affiliations, and deciding whether participation is appropriate. You must comply with applicable law and each external platform’s terms. Do not use ThreadCue for spam, harassment, deception, impersonation, unlawful surveillance, or attempts to bypass platform access controls.

4. External platforms

Platform integrations depend on provider approval, APIs, availability, and terms that ThreadCue does not control. Reddit is the first approval-gated connector. Other named sources are planned only. Platform names and marks belong to their owners; no partnership or endorsement is implied.

5. Accounts, credentials, and data

The current product identity flows are simulated. If you configure an OpenAI key or a live Reddit connection in an approved private build, you are responsible for having authority to use that account and for protecting the device on which ThreadCue stores local workspace data. Data practices are described in the Privacy Policy and Trust & Data page.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use ThreadCue to automate prohibited behavior, evade rate limits, scrape unsupported sources, collect sensitive personal information without a lawful basis, or create misleading mass engagement. You may not probe or interfere with the website, gateway, or another user’s data.

7. Intellectual property, your content, and feedback

ThreadCue, its original interface, and site content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party content remains owned by its respective authors and platforms.

You retain any rights you have in project information, prompts, drafts, and other material you provide. You permit GLOBALCARD NETWORKS LIMITED to process that material only as needed to provide, secure, support, and evaluate the features you choose to use, subject to the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having the rights needed to provide that material.

If you voluntarily provide product feedback, you permit GLOBALCARD NETWORKS LIMITED to use it to improve and develop ThreadCue without payment or an obligation to adopt it. This does not permit publication of your personal data or confidential content.

8. No professional advice

Suggested opportunities, rationales, and drafts are informational working material. They are not legal, compliance, financial, employment, or other professional advice.

9. Disclaimers and liability

ThreadCue is a development service provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, GLOBALCARD NETWORKS LIMITED does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, preservation of prototype data, availability of any integration, or the accuracy, suitability, or outcome of a suggested opportunity or draft.

To the extent permitted by law, GLOBALCARD NETWORKS LIMITED is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill, anticipated savings, or data arising from use of the development service. Its total aggregate liability arising from these terms or the service is limited to the greater of £100 and the amount you paid for ThreadCue during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability or statutory consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

10. Suspension and termination

Access may be limited or withdrawn to protect the service, comply with law or platform requirements, or respond to misuse. Users can stop using the desktop prototype, disconnect Reddit, and remove local data as described in the data deletion instructions.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms and any non-contractual dispute or claim arising from them or ThreadCue are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer law gives you the right to bring proceedings in another court or under another law. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern informally.

12. Contact
